Assignment
The purpose of this assignment is to introduce you to the use of OneNote as a program to enhance your research and consolidate your work. You will use OneNote throughout the semester to take class notes, keep research for your assignments, and to organize your completed work. OneNote automatically saves every 30 seconds. At the end of class, copy your OneNote notebooks to your flash drive or your Nova account.
Requirements
- After reviewing the various features available through OneNote, create a Notebook for Technology for the Professional Edge. Include in your notebook sections for Class Notes, Powerpoint, Publisher, Web Design, WORD, Excel, and Portfolio.
- For the class notes section, select an academic page template for class notes. Use flags to identify important ideas for the notes or due dates. Your notes for class should include a print from a powerpoint, a print of a .pdf file, highlights in different colors, screen clips from the web, and different subpages using different stationary.
- At the end of the semester, you will submit your OneNote as an assignment.
Evaluation
You will be evaluated on the organization of your OneNote notebook, the inclusion of relevant class notes, and required projects.
