I know that I want to go into a health care or health-related field, but I'm not sure which one. What should I do?
The School of Health Sciences and Human Performance offers a variety of options in the health care and related health, sport, and leisure fields.
You can apply to a specific major of interest, or you can choose a broad, exploratory program which allows you to work toward a variety of career options—for example, the HSHP Preprofessional Program, the school’s health sciences program, or its exercise science program.
Other degree programs include occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech-language pathology, therapeutic recreation, public and community health, health care management, athletic training, recreation management, outdoor adventure leadership, clinical exercise science, health education, physical education, sport management, sport media, and sport studies.
