Ithaca College believes in the value of residential education and promotes a close campus community. Students are expected to live on campus for their first three years, and we guarantee housing to all undergraduate students.

Students with senior-year status (as determined by the semesters they have lived on campus) may live on or off campus. Students who are not seniors must apply and be approved to move off campus by the Office of Residential Life.
