The Exploratory Program allows you to investigate options in any of our schools while keeping in close contact with faculty advisers. Most students find their niche by the end of their first year, but take your time: you can stay in the program for up to four semesters, and your faculty advisers will make sure you're on track for an on-time graduation. Similarly, the Health Sciences Preprofessional Program provides the opportunity to learn about the health-related fields offered in the School of Health Sciences and Human Performance, taking up to four semesters to select a program.
For students whose interests may cross traditional academic lines, we have just the ticket. The planned studies program gives you the opportunity to design your own major, such as ethnomusicology or juvenile law. You'll work closely with your adviser to propose an approach and fulfill your academic mission.
