Making Contact with a Private Source of Funds

If you plan to apply for funding from a foundation or corporation, please contact Ann Hoffman at (607) 274-1697 or ahoffman@ithaca.edu. In most cases, routing applications through this office is required.

In addition to facilitating routing, CFR staff can assist with identifying and contacting potential funding sources, drafting letters of inquiry, assisting with proposal development, and grant administration.

Should you wish to apply for funds from Atlantic Philanthropies, the Emerson Foundation, or the Park Foundation, you are required to seek clearance from the vice president for institutional advancement.
