Thank you for your interest in planning your event at the Athletics and Events Center.  To begin the planning process, please submit the form below that is most appropriate for your event.

Submitting you event request does not guarantee that your reservation is confirmed.  Once your event request is approved you will receive a confirmation email.

STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: if you are planning an event for a registered organization, please visit the Office of Student Engagement and Multicultural Affairs website to submit a venue request.

ITHACA COLLEGE COMMUNITY MEMBERS/NON-STUDENT ORGANIZATIONS: Please fill out the form below to submit an Reservation Request.

NON-ITHACA COLLEGE COMMUNITY MEMBERS:  Please call the Office of Campus Center and Event Services at 607-274-3313 and one of their staff event planners will be happy to assist you.
