We hire competent peer tutors and PLuG leaders who have been recommended by Ithaca College faculty.  

AES peer tutors have successfully passed the courses for which you are seeking support with an A or A- and they are trained according to standards set forth by national college student success organizations.

Our learning skills and developmental writing consultant is ready to help you build and improve your time management skills; note taking strategies; reading and study skills; and more.  You can also work closely with her to build the skills essential for college level writing projects.

If you are interested in ACADEMIC, CULTURAL, and PEER support, you can benefit from participation in the Emerging Scholars Program.
