
Orlando-Marquez C. Kittrell serves as director of the Collegiate Science and Technology Entry Program (CSTEP). Before Ithaca College, he held the rank of assistant professor in the Department of Academic and Human Development at Mansfield University of Pennsylvania and served as the director of the PA Higher Education Equal Opportunity Program (EEOP), also known as the Act 101 Program. Prior to Mansfield University, he was responsible for coordinating Counseling Services at Ocean County College in Toms River, NJ. He held similar academic and student affairs positions at Hartwick College and the College of Saint Rose, both located in New York.

Kittrell has taught the following undergraduate courses: Personality Theory, Social Psychology, Cross-Cultural Psychology, Psychology of Personal Affirmation, Psychology of College Success, Curriculum on Learning Academic Success Strategies, Strategies for Academic Success, Exploring Psychology, and General Psychology. Kittrell's research interests include Media Psychology; Power of intention on interpersonal communication; Executive leadership and management in higher education; and Influence of physical appearance on objectivity and altruism.
His areas of counseling proficiency include health & wellness issues, family unification and family systems, self-esteem, student development, leadership development, interpersonal communication, and community HIV/AIDS prevention and education.
