Special Affiliation

Students who are currently receiving accommodations through Student Disability Services for Spring 2013 or who are affiliated with the Higher Education Opportunity Program may fill out this form to request tutoring after April 1.  Availability cannot be guaranteed.

Students who are not affiliated with SDS or HEOP must e-mail tutoring@ithaca.edu regarding our policy, and should not use the form below.
