For over 30 years, Ithaca College has been successfully graduating students through the Higher Education Opportunity Program (HEOP). Coming from all parts of New York State including rural, urban and suburban areas HEOP students are enrolled in a variety of majors. Located in 101 Towers Concourse, HEOP students receive a wide range of support services from the HEOP director, HEOP counselor, and a professional staff of academic consultants. Typically, sixty students participate in the HEOP program each year with approximately 15 new students admitted yearly.

HEOP at Ithaca College also supports student development and lifelong learning through:

  • Comprehensive Academic Monitoring
  • Academic Counseling and Advising

  • Academic Success Workshops and Seminars
  • Personal/Professional and Career Development
