NOTE:  April 1, 2013 was the deadline to request tutoring through AES.  We have re-opened tutoring requests for ACCT 225, ECON 121, and ECON 122 only.  You can go ahead and put in your request with the understanding that we will fill these requests on a first come/first served basis.

Request for Tutoring Services

Use this online form to request an AES peer tutor.  You must complete one form for each course.  The form has five sections; click on the expanding bar to open each section.

***All sections must be completed.  If clicking the "submit" button does not submit your form, please look at each section to make sure you have not skipped any questions.  The questions that you have skipped will be highlighted in red so you can find and answer them.***
