GETTING INVOLVED

If you know someone who would like to serve on the alumni association advisory board of directors -- including yourself! -- you can nominate him or her using our online form. Nominations may be submitted year-round. The deadline for the current year is July 31.

Board of Directors Nomination Form

The Ithaca College Alumni Association Advisory Board of Directors meets on campus two times per year, in the fall and the spring, to advise on matters pertaining to the Office of Alumni Relations and Ithaca College alumni. The board is composed of 22 members who have demonstrated their support of the College through event participation, volunteerism, and philanthropy, and who show a real interest in helping the College. If you or someone you know is interested in serving on the board, please use the online nomination form.

Only alumni can be nominated. Nominees will be reviewed by the membership committee, and eligible candidates will be asked to submit a resume and a letter of intent that describes, in detail, their involvement with Ithaca College-related activities since they left campus. Nominations may be submitted year-round, but the deadline for the current year is July 31. New board members are elected and notified in October and begin serving the first of their two three-year terms the following spring.
