The IC 20/20 strategic plan is designed to address our complex, 21st-century global challenges by leveraging the College's existing strengths to help our students develop the integrative-thinking, critical problem-solving, and reflective-learning skills they'll need.

New initiatives -- many of which are well under way -- include the development of an integrative core curriculum; an alumni-student mentoring program; learning centers in New York and China; an office of civic engagement; and much more.
