Ithaca Is Family!

Ithaca College parents, grandparents, sisters, and brothers will be flocking to campus October 31–November 2, 2008, for this year's Family Weekend celebration.

Some highlights of the weekend:

• A parent keynote address by Food Network president Brooke Johnson, whose daughter, Lee Johnson, is a senior in the Park School of Communications
• A lecture by associate professor and chair of the Department of Strategic Communication Steven Seidman on posters, propaganda, and persuasion in election campaigns
• A faculty keynote address by associate professor of physics Beth Ellen Clark on Ithaca College's commitment to carbon neutrality
• A symposium on careers in sports
• The movie Wall-E
• Special performances by IC music students
• Family fitness events, including a chance at the climbing wall
