2.19 Rental of Campus Facilities

The Office of Campus Center and Event Services schedules and coordinates the use of facilities for both campus-based and off-campus individuals and organizations. The staff works as a team and networks with all support services departments to ensure that all questions are asked and answered and that liability and insurance considerations are properly evaluated and addressed. It is the policy of the College that all inquiries related to rental or use of campus facilities must be directed to the Office of Campus Center and Event Services.

Rental or use of rooms or other facilities for personal use are subject to the availability of equipment, space, and time constraints of the Office of Campus Center and Event Services and other support service departments. Rental or use of College facilities for personal money-making endeavors is strictly prohibited.

The College reserves the right, through its Office of Campus Center and Event Services, to grant or withhold approval for the rental or use of College facilities at its sole discretion.
