Faculty Online Schedule for Summer and Fall 2009 eDoptions

• The Bookstore Online edoption system for Summer 2009 and Fall 2009 semesters will start on Wednesday morning, February 25th, 2009. The Faculty eDoptions link on the Ithaca College Bookstore home page identifies this system is active and ready for use. The first page is the New Users Register page to Faculty edoptions Screen or Returning Users Login.
• Under New Users click on the Register button. You will create an account on the new system to use. Returning Users fill in your Email Address, Password and click on Login button.
• The Online Textbook edoptions will be removed from the Ithaca College Bookstore web site for Summer 2009 term on March 30th, 2009 and for Fall 2009 term on April 3rd, 2009. These dates are necessary to start the processing of textbooks fulfillment.
• If it is impossible for you to meet this deadline, please contact the Textbook department via an email or call and let us know when we can expect the adoption forms.
• If you haven't researched the textbooks, please don't ask the Bookstore to purchase them.
• If for some reason you must make changes to an existing order, contact us as soon as possible so that we can stop the order. It will be necessary for departments to reimburse the Bookstore for freight charges in and out, as well as any publisher penalties for books ordered in error

The Bookstore Goals for Textbook fulfillment to students are:

1. To buy as many used books as possible from the students!
2. To provide the largest amount of used textbooks to the students!
3. To keep the cost of Textbooks low!

The Bookstore staff would like to say Thank You to everyone that helps by submitting adoptions on time.
