Budget Process 2010-2011

This is to notify you that the open and close dates for the fiscal year 2011 Budget Process will be as follows:

OPEN:  Wednesday, October 28, 2009
CLOSE:  Noon on Tuesday, November 24, 2009

Beginning on Wednesday afternoon, October 28, 2009, those of you designated as "Submitters" will be able to log into Parnassus with your IC Budget Process responsibility to access your departmental budgets and email/print those budget worksheets for the "Reviewers".  The "Reviewers" update the budget worksheets with any changes and return the worksheets to the submitters for editing and submitting the budgets in Parnassus.

www.ithaca.edu/budget).

The Budget Office has also emailed information through the listserv and Intercom. Carl Sgrecci's memo (link located below) providing instructions and guidelines for the budget process is available on the Budget Office website, so be sure to read this important information before beginning the budget process.

Remember that the forms for Capital Requests are located on the Budget Office website.  These forms need to be submitted to the Budget Office after having been reviewed and approved by the Vice President for each division.  The Small Equipment requests need to be submitted to your dean or vice president for approval.
