• Why do you have our diploma?
We hold diplomas for students who have not completed payment on their student account and for students who have not completed an exit interview for their Perkins Loans. We will not hold diplomas for minimal amounts such as $5.
• Why do I have a transcript hold?
The most common reasons for a true transcript hold are an unpaid student account and/or a delinquent Perkins Loan repayment. Sometimes a transcript hold indicator is put on a student account to prohibit bills from being generated. If a student has a hold due to being in collection, be careful to let the person handling former accounts (currently Mary Lapp) know if the student makes payment arrangements, as she must report that to the agency.
• What is Title IX and where can you find a copy of it?
Title IX is the document that gives equal rights to female athletes. If someone wants to see our documentation on this, they should go to the Affirmative Action Office, third floor Job.
