Mission Statement
Business Sustainability Ambassadors (BSA) represents the School of Business' objective to develop programs to "foster sustainable enterprises." Through real-world discovery, members translate the school's pledge into practice -- learning and sharing existing and emerging sustainability initiatives. BSA complements its members' formal education by:
• Promoting the study and practice of sustainability in corporate enterprises;
• Providing opportunities for self-development and association among members, prospective students, faculty, administrators, professionals, and the broader community; and
• Encouraging a sense of ethical, social, and public responsibilities
Ongoing Activity
BSA is committed to providing tools to local businesses. Although eager to improve their practices, smaller businesses often lack the knowledge and financial resources to do so. This year, we are excited to bring free sustainability consulting services to businesses ready for change.
This project requires diverse knowledge and skills, and is open to all Ithaca College students, regardless of major. This is an ongoing project, and interested individuals are always encouraged to apply.
