Our Mission and Goals

The mission of Business Link is to connect Ithaca College Business School Students with Ithaca Business School alumni, faculty and the greater community. Our organization will prepare and teach students how to represent themselves in a positive business manner to reflect not only themselves but the business school in a professional way. The organization will also provide students the chance to meet and engage with alumni through many events and networking opportunities. With our established collaborative group environment we will be able to place Ithaca College Business School Students with internships and careers. Upon graduation students will be able to give back to our organization and Ithaca College at large.  

Internships Goals by 2013:
95% placement of "participating students" into meaningful internships (over 150 hours & relevant to career plans)

Placement Goals by 2013:
95% placement of "participating students" into a career postiion, public service, or continuing education within 3 months of graduation.

Mentoring Goals by 2013:
A natural, everyday occurrence, enabled by an engaged network of students, faculty and alumni.
