This workshops will focus on the essentials of effective interviewing, providing technqiues to students so they are prepared and confident for each and every interview they secure. BLPP Workshop: Securing Stellar Internships
Internships, which augment classroom learning with real-world hands on experience, provide students with skills, knowledge, and a more in-depth understanding of their chosen field. As increasing numbers of employers are investing in their internship programs as an important mechanism to vet potential hires, students need to be increasingly strategic in terms of landing stelllar internships. This workshop focuses on structuring a personal internship search including developing a timeline specific to the student's field and ares of interest.
