The School of Business encourages freshmen and transfer students to purchase a laptop equipped with Microsoft Office. This will allow students to make the most of their educational experience, enabling them to develop proficiency in using the same type of technology most often employed in the business community.

If you plan to use your computer before coming to campus, you may want to add virus protection software to your purchase -- or you can wait until your arrival and download the McAfee VirusScan product from Information Technology Services at no cost.
