Regional Groups
Ithaca College Business Link Regional Groups are underway in Albany, Syracuse, Rochester, and New York City. Regional groups are led by local Ithaca College School of Business alumni and students. The mission of each regional group is simple: we connect Ithaca College School of Business students and alumni to further their careers and collaborate in business.
Each region is developing an approach that is more suitable for its region. The potential to expand each regional group is significant. During the initial year, it is asked that members work to build awareness about the organization and enlist envolvement. We will also work to match a local alumni-mentor to local students who desire such support. The alumni/student ratio is a little over 3:1, so this goal is achievable.
Each regional group is required to meet once in the spring and once in the fall. Meetings can include updates, networking, or even inviting a guest speaker who will inspire both alumni and students.
We encourage all IC Business School alumni and students to get involved and reach out to their peers to attend future meetings. If you would like to talk about ways that you can get involved or have suggestions, please contact us.
