Accredited by the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), the School of Business provides a foundation in management and leadership skills, as well as up-to-date business theory and practice. Our programs help ensure career readiness in today’s fast-paced global economy. We offer highly skilled interns in the fields of: Accounting, Finance, International Business, Management and Marketing.

Continuing Support
The Business Professions Program not only prepares our students by focusing on professionalism and competency in the workplace through workshops, seminars, and mentoring, but it also offers ongoing communication and support during the internship placement for students and their corporate partners.

The School of Business at Ithaca College has a full-time staff person who is happy to meet with you to assess the ways we can make the most of our partnership with your company. We want to understand your expectations and the culture of your business in order to best fulfill your internship needs. Additionally, our students and business partners receive active, ongoing support and communication during the internship placement from the Professional Development Coordinator.

Bloomberg Terminals for Fall 2011 at the Center for Trading and Analysis of Financial Instruments

The Center for Trading and Analysis of Financial Instruments, where students can simultaneously access information in real time and make critical decisions, is an essential tool for narrowing the gap between students' acquired knowledge in an academic setting and practitioners' need for real-world experience. The School of Business will be utilizing the Bloomberg terminal starting in the fall of 2011, a highly utilized tool in many well-known financial centers.
