Joe Sprangel

Joseph R. Sprangel Jr. (Joe) is a doctoral candiate at Lawrence Technological University. His research area of interest is development of a framework to move an organization from status quo to a focus on sustainable development practices. His dissertation is research on The Role of Trust, Environmental Facility Activity & SOAR™ in Chemical Management Services Supplier Performance.

He holds an MBA from Spring Arbor University and a BBA from Eastern Michigan University. He is an Instructor of Operations Management for Ithaca College focused on sustainable development practices. He brings to the classroom 28 years of industry experience, in part involved in the implementation of lean operations leading to waste elimination in the areas of administration, R&D, design, process development, production, and supply chain management.
