High Standards for Higher Learning

The School of Business is accredited by AACSB-International, the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Accreditation by AACSB is a distinction currently held by fewer than 10 percent of business schools worldwide.

Institutions that earn accreditation confirm their commitment to a systematic program of quality enhancement, continuous improvement, and rigorous peer review. Through high-caliber teaching and meaningful interactions between students and faculty, Ithaca’s School of Business ensures that its graduates are prepared to contribute to their organizations and society.

Premier Facilities

In addition, the School of Business recently opened its innovative new building, the Dorothy D. and Roy H. Park Center for Business and Sustainable Enterprise. Situated in the center of campus, the building's U-shaped seating areas, numerous collaborative breakout rooms, and small conference rooms allow students to work and learn together in an atmosphere similar to the professional environment they will one day occupy.

The building's forward-looking design also reflects a major commitment to sustainability. From basement to roof, it is a real-world example of environmental stewardship that incorporates the highest principles of sustainable design.
