the appropriate Calendar Administrator. If you are using this form to
request modification of an existing event, please mark all changed information
with an asterisk (*).
Please check to ensure that Event requests meet the criteria for being
considered an Event; the complete policy is available on the support
page. Check e-mail and Web links to make sure they are valid. If acronyms
are used, the full title should be included in the details of the Event.
This will help people who are off campus or are not familiar with the
Fields labeled in BOLD are required.
