We're Bringing a New Athletics and Events Center to Campus.

The campaign has enabled the College to begin construction of a new 130,000-square-foot athletics and events center that will give IC athletes the more up-to-date facilities they deserve while at the same time giving the campus a large enough indoor venue for important campus-wide and community events.

We're Giving Students the Best Possible Education.

The campaign has allowed us to establish the Center for Faculty Research and Development, which will give our faculty members the opportunity to pursue new areas of scholarship and new teaching methods, as well as a host of innovative academic programs geared toward improving student learning.

We've Added More Student Housing.

Ithaca has entered into a long-term agreement to use the Circle Apartments, adjacent to campus on Danby Road. As part of the contract, the existing apartments were renovated and nine buildings were added to house approximately 700 additional students.

More Students Can Afford an IC Education.

Through the success of the campaign, we have created 144 new scholarships and endowed funds, enabling a greater number of bright, talented, deserving students to afford an IC education. We've also established approximately 40 new endowed and annual funds that benefit academic programs and athletics.

We're Keeping the Ithaca Fund Strong.

By including annual support of the Ithaca Fund among our campaign objectives, we made sure we’d be able to fulfill the other campaign priorities without depriving today’s students of the internships, research opportunities, technology, and study abroad opportunities the Ithaca Fund provides on a yearly basis.
