The School of Business is an integral part of a comprehensive college at which the primary emphasis is on teaching. Our mission is to provide rigorous, balanced, and professional business education to undergraduates with diverse aptitudes, interests, and skills. In an increasingly complex world and dynamic business environment, the School of Business seeks to prepare students to contribute to their organizations and society and to be able to grow personally and professionally. We do this largely through faculty-student interaction, in which students benefit from faculty engagement in scholarly activities to advance and disseminate discipline-based, professional, and pedagogical knowledge in business. The School of Business continues to enhance relationships with other units of the College and to external communities through appropriate service activities.
