Application Procedures & Deadlines for New Degreee Students
Students who wish to apply for the summer master's program in music education should consult the Division of Graduate and Professional Studies. To schedule an audition, contact Tom Kline, director of music admissions. All application materials must be complete and submitted by April 1 to receive full consideration for the summer music education program, as well as for summer assistantships.

Course Registration for Continuing Degree Students
Continuing students in the summer graduate music program should register online using HomerConnect. Students are advised to contact Timothy A. Johnson, the graduate music chair, prior to enrollment. The bursar's office will bill students for summer charges.

Registration for Workshops
Workshops are open to both graduate degree students and nondegree students and may be taken for two graduate credits or on a noncredit basis.

Housing and Meals
Housing is available on campus. The standard residence hall has community bathrooms and showers (separated by gender) and no air-conditioning. Another option is Emerson Hall, which has private bathrooms with showers and is climate controlled. All rooms include two twin-size beds, pillows, bed linen, towels, and one blanket per bed.
Meals may be purchased in the College snack bar or off-campus. A College dining hall, where you may purchase cafeteria-style meals on a fixed-price basis, will also be open.
