Registration |
The fees for the workshops depend on whether you enroll for graduate credit or for noncredit and the number of parts for which you enroll. Noncredit Optional Graduate Credit (one credit/part) Payment may be made by check, payable to Ithaca College, or by credit card, using the credit card authorization section of the registration form. Complete the registration form and mail it and the total payment to Healthy Musician Workshop, Division of Graduate and Professional Studies, Ithaca College, 120 Towers Concourse, Ithaca, NY 14850-7141, or fax your registration with the completed credit card authorization to 607-274-1263. A full refund, less a $15 administrative service fee, will be issued if we receive your written notice of cancellation before June 6, 2008. A written confirmation will be mailed to you upon receipt of your registration. Because of the nature of these workshops, registration for selected portions is not possible. You should plan to attend the entire program or for the part in which you are interested.
