All-College Mentoring Program: Co-organized by Annette Levine

Our group-based all-college mentoring program is unique and nationally recognized. Faculty at all levels of service are invited to join, and small groups are designed with no two participants from the same department. Groups devise their own agendas, with a common commitment to mutual support. Typically a group meets every other week on campus for about an hour.

Sign up for the Mentoring Program at the August 29 workshop, or use this form on which to indicate your available times.

Tenure Seminar  The Tenure Seminar is designed for any faculty member who plans to prepare an application for tenure and/or promotion to Associate Professor in the next few years, including those who are not on tenure lines. Taught by Susanne Morgan and other senior faculty, the seminar includes readings, lectures, structured activities, and online resources. We plan to help you with topics relevant to preparing your file, and also to preparing yourself for the review process.

Ithaca Faculty Commons  Informal noontime workshops, these gather people interested in a teaching issue, whether because they are relatively skillful or because they want to learn more. Sessions are recorded as podcasts on iTunesU. Please suggest a topic!

Linked Resource: Information Technology Services maintains a regular series of workshops; see http://www.ithaca.edu/computing/workshops/ for the schedule and registration.
