This workshop will begin with an orientation about effective mentoring relationships. The role and responsibilities of mentors and mentees will be discussed.
There will be an introductory activity to enable you to get to know potential mentors and colleagues. You will be able to use this information to request involvement in mentoring groups with people who have similar needs and interests as you for the academic year 2011-2012.
