Accommodations

To help make Commencement weekend memorable for everyone, the College offers information on lodging and meals, both on-campus and off. You may also wish to read about parking and special seating options for your visit. Information will be going out to seniors and their families in early March.

Commencement Housing Reservations: On-campus accommodations for Commencement weekend are available. We offer single rooms at $150 and double rooms at $170 for a two-night stay, which includes tax. All guests in Commencement housing on campus will receive one complimentary ticket for breakfast in the Campus Center Dining Hall on Sunday, May 19, 2013.  Single night rates are not available. In the section provided on the form, please indicate any special medical needs or disabilities we should consider in making your housing assignments. Please be sure to indicate gender(s) of person(s) with needs. When placing guests in their housing assignments, we make every attempt to house all indicated groups together.

Reservations will be considered on a first-come, first-served basis. These single and double rooms are located in our on-campus residence halls, and housing is limited. As a result, we ask that you reserve only those spaces you will definitely need.

Each occupant is provided with a twin-size, extra-long bed with sheets, towels, pillow, and blanket. Any other amenities or toiletries you may need will be your responsibility to bring. All of our residence halls are equipped with community bathrooms. Separate male and female bathrooms are designated on alternate wings of each floor, or by floor. All residence halls are non-smoking environments. Emerson Hall and college apartments are not available as housing options.

Reservations can be made on a walk-in basis by visiting the Summer Housing Office in Emerson Hall between the hours of 9:00 am-9:00 pm on Saturday, May 18, 2013.
