December Reception for Graduates

Each year Ithaca College holds a reception for students graduating in December, which provides an opportunity for graduates, families, friends, and College representatives to celebrate the graduates’ success.

During the reception a short program will include a welcome by Ithaca College president Thomas R. Rochon, remarks by the senior class president, and an address from a faculty member chosen by the graduates.

The reception is a stand-up reception with a limited number of seats available for anyone attending who is handicapped or elderly.

Invitations for the December reception will be mailed to graduates and their parents in mid-November.

The graduates will receive their diplomas in late February or early March.
