The LEAD Team is a group of student leaders committed to developing leaders within the Ithaca College community. Through leadership initiatives and opportunities, the LEAD Team strives to educate student leaders in order to encourage and facilitate their involvement and collaboration efforts.

Designed as a paraprofessional position, members of the LEAD Team collaborate with the Center for Student Leadership & Involvement Staff to develop and implement many of the leadership programs, including Leadership Weekend, the Women in Leadership Experience and other leadership initiatives. Additionally, they serve as a student voice about leadership needs at Ithaca College. Applications are accepted in the spring semester.
