Our Staff
The full time staff are available as a resource to student organizations and particularly for student leaders for support and advice.
Terry Martinez
Director

Responsible for overseeing all aspects of the Center for Student Leadership and Involvement as well as represents the department in budget matters and other college committees. Advisor to the Student Government Association
Kelly Stevens
Associate Director

Responsible for development of comprehensive leadership education program, including LeaderQuest, Student Leadership Institute, and special weekend retreats; serves as a campus resource for leadership development; advisor to Senior Class
Russell Martin
Assistant Director

Responsible for student organizations registration, travel, registered student organization event planning approval and risk management; serves as a resource and support for student organization advisors; advisor to major programming organizations including Bureau of Concerts, IC After Dark, Student Activities Board and Inter-Fraternity Council.
Deb Mohlenhoff,
Coordinator of Community Service and Leadership Development

Responsible for coordinating all aspects of the community service program, including Community Plunge and Celebration of Service; serves as liason between the Ithaca College community and local services organizations; serves a resource to faculty developing service-learning; advisor to Peer Volunteer Corps.
  Lindsay Colegrove
Programs & Activities Assistant

Responsible for managing student organizations' accounts, assists with their travel and provides program support for Center Staff.
Patti Banfield,
Administrative Assistant

Responsible for managing the Center's accounts; Maintaining the center's web site; facilitating the Peggy R. Williams Award for Academic and Community Leadership Program.
