London Sabbatic Recipients

In 1998, the Office of International Programs invited Ithaca College faculty to consider the Ithaca College London Center as a sabbatic destination.  Our purpose was to introduce Ithaca faculty to London Center instructors, secure their understanding of the program so they, in turn, might advise us on curriculum matters; facilitate faculty engagement with Ithaca students in an overseas destination and, of course, support their sabbatic research.

2008 marks the tenth year of the College’s London Sabbatic program.  Each London sabbatic faculty member has helped to strengthen the London Center program and offered courses that would otherwise be unavailable to our students in London.  The Office of International Programs welcomes and supports faculty participation in the College’s international initiatives.
