Technology Learning Center (TLC)

The Technology Learning Center (TLC) provides personal training, group workshops, online workshops, drop-in consultation, online tutorials, and technical documentation.

► On-Demand Video Training (

Video training is available to staff, faculty, and students through, an online library of courses that cover software tools and skills through high-quality instructional videos taught by recognized industry experts.

► ​One-to-One Training

Work with a TLC Training Specialist in a one-to-one session on any topic we support!

Drop-in Consulting 

TLC Trainers are available in the TLC (101 Friends Hall) to provide faculty, staff, and students with drop-in consulting assistance on supported computer applications during our standard hours of operation.

► Online Workshops

We provide online workshops, covering a variety of applications, that are available to all Ithaca College staff, faculty, and students. These workshops are provided online via Adobe Connect and do not require registration.  Check the getting started guide before joining your first session.


Group Workshops

Due to staffing changes we are no longer offering group workshops at this time. We encourage students, faculty, and staff to schedule an appointment for one-to-one training on any supported topic, or drop-in to the TLC for consulting.

We can no longer send a trainer to Ithaca Seminar classes for Taskstream training. Please refer students to this video (Integrative Core Curriculum (ICC) Directed Response Folio (DRF) in Taskstream for Students) or drop in to the TLC during open hours.
