The Office of Equal Opportunity Compliance monitors and evaluates College policies, procedures, and practices to ensure compliance with state and federal laws and regulations. Areas of responsibility include:

The Director of Equal Opportunity Compliance investigates discrimination and sexual harassment complaints, serves as the liaison with civil rights and other regulatory agencies, and develops and implements educational programs for faculty, staff, and students on a variety of legal topics.
