Title IX

All educational institutions in the United States receiving federal funding are required to comply with Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, which mandates that: "No person in the United States shall, on the basis of sex, be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any education program or activity receiving Federal financial assistance." The Office of Equal Opportunity Compliance is charged with ensuring the College is compliant with Title IX. Complaints may be lodged with the any of the Title IX coordinators listed below.
