NATE CRIDER

Major:  Double major in Music & Philosophy

Started working for CC&ES:  Summer 2009

Job Title:  Campus Center & Operations Manager (CCOM)

Skills you've learned while working at CC&ES:  "I have learned a lot of things working at CC&ES, but probably the most important skill I have learned is how to effectively give customers the 'pickle.'  This isn't as weird as it sounds, trust me.  Giving a customer the 'pickle' is just giving them exactly what they need, and then some more.  The 'pickle' is what makes a customer come back to CC&ES!"

Best part about working for CC&ES:  "The best part is giving people the aforementioned 'pickle.'  Usually the 'pickle' is talking to prospective students or their parents about Ithaca College, or just being friendly and personable to everyone you meet.  It's nice to have people walk away from CC&ES feeling confident that they got good information and feeling happy that it was given to them in an amiable manner."

One crazy fact about Nate:  "I've been to Sau Paulo, Brazil!"
