Brief Biography
David Brown is an Associate Professor of Mathematics, having taught at Ithaca College since 2001. He received his BA (1995) from Ithaca College and MS (1998) and PhD (2001) from Cornell University.

David researches in a variety of areas including dynamical systems, fractals, and special functions. He also encourages students to engage in research with him, and has published several papers with undergraduate collaborators. David's vita is here.

While a student at Ithaca College, David met his wife Amy. They have two children, Jake and Molly, and live in Newfield. To learn more about the family, click here.
