Your assignment is to outline the following chapters and is due at the BEGINNING of the final exam meeting period. Late assignments or not attending final exam meeting time will result in a zero on "Test 4":

Chapter 13 Regulation of Obscene and Other Erotic Material

Chapter 14 Copyright

Chapter  16 Telecommunications Regulation

Guidelines:

For each chapter you are limited to no more than a five page outline. (Single spaced is fine) Use the outline feature in Word so that there is a clear hierarchy to your outline. If you don’t know how to use it, come see me for help.

• In each chapter outline, I will be looking for evidence that you did more than just copy the headings and subheadings. Specifically, the content you put in there should reflect them most important points in each section.

For each chapter you will answer the following two questions (one page maximum for each chapter):

• 1) Which case discussed do you believe is the most important to the subject matter? Why?

I will be looking for identification of an appropriately central case o proper case citation o convincing rationale of why (more than a sentence, but not more than ½ page)

• 2) What do you believe to be the key issue facing this legal topic down the road? Why is this the key issue?

I will be looking for an identification of an issue that makes sense based on the material in the chapter o I will be looking at a reasonable, informed thoughtful explanation of why you believe this is the key issue. (more than a sentence, but not more than ½ page)
