Here is one of my thoughts about life that I wrote a little while ago: - Living the way of Awareness Mindfulness mediation develops awareness-our capacity to see clearly, understand ourselves and others better, and live free of judgement and pre-conception. The insight and awarness that we form as we grow, form a foundation for a more joyful and fulfilling life. We must still focus on developing a steady sitting and walking practice, and on integrating mindfulness into daily life. Life is, as we percieve it. Improved concentration heightens creative flow, peace of mind, and a more healthful approach to life. Techniques that come from major traditional backgrounds should be practiced and thought out to the greatest persistance. While developing or deepening out mediative practice, we must explore how mediation brings out ease and clarity in our lives, how it works with feelings, and mostly, how it heals suffering. Life is, as we percieve it! -Mark Class of 1994
