1811 Commisioner's Plan text documenting unequal widths of north-south avenues and relationship between 1811 plan and pre-exisiting property lines (e.g. along what would become Lexington Ave) and pre-established roads (e.g., Middle Road--later 5th, Park, and 6th). Lexington and Madison were not part of the 1811 plan, but added in the 1830s.
