Flights to/from Europe:
There are flight options to Ukraine through various airlines in Europe. This is not an exhaustive list.
British Airways offers flights 5 days a week direct from London Heathrow to KBP.
Austrian Airlines (www.aua.com) provides regular services to Kiev, Kharkiv, Odessa, and Dnepropetrovsk (all via Vienna). Austrian Airlines often code shares with the following airlines:

Lufthansa (www.lufthansa.com) from Frankfurt and Munich
KLM (www.klm.com) from Amsterdam Schipol
Turkish Airlines (www.turkishairlines.com) provides connections every other day from Istanbul to Kiev, Simferopol, and Odessa in Ukraine.
Malev Hungarian Airlines (www.malev.hu) flies to Odessa via Budapest.
Czech Airlines (www.czechairlines.com) offers flights every day to Kiev Zhulyany.
LOT Polish Airlines (www.lot.com) offeres regular flights to Kiev and Lviv in Ukraine.
Lithuanian Airlines (www.lal.lt) offers deals if you are flying via Vilnius.

Delta Airlines (www.delta.com) offers flights 5 times a week to KBP from JFK in New York.
Aerosvit (www.aerosvit.com) offers regular flights from Toronto and JFK to Kiev.
Austrian Airlines (www.aua.com), British Airways, KLM (www.klm.com), and Lufthansa (www.lufthansa.com) provide transatlantic connections to Ukraine. These flights leave Canada/US in the evening and arrive in Ukraine the following afternoon.

Aerosvit (www.aerosvit.com) flies to Beijing, Bangkok, Delhi, and Dubai.
Singapore Airlines offers connections from Ukraine to Australia, New Zealand, and southeast Asia.
Transaero and Aeroflot flies from Russia to all major Ukrainian cities.

Lviv Intrutrans (www.lviv-inturtrans.com.ua) has bus routes from Germany, Belgium, France, and UK to Kiev and Lviv in Ukraine. Eurolines (www.eurolines.com) provides similar options.

"At least one train with a daily connection to and from Kiev" runs from Ukraine's large cities. Ukraine ’s national rail schedule, in Ukrainian, can be found at www.uz.gov.ua.
The Capital Express provides rail routes between regional towns and Kiev and runs to Kharkiv two times a day, a five hour trip.

Avtoluks (www.autolux.com.ua) provides regular daily service throughout all of Ukraine.
Gyunsel (www.gunsel.com.ua), based in Kiev, provides nationwide service with daily services to and from Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkiv, Kherson, and Kosiv with a stop at KBP, Ukraine's international airport.

Within Cities:
Various taxi servcies, trolleys, trams, and buses can take you to different places within Ukraine cities. There are subway routes through Kiev, Kharkiv, and Dnepropetrovsk; the subway service is available from 05.30 until midnight.
