Please note - Accounts Payable ETF/Direct Deposit is for employee reimbursements only. This is not
related to your paycheck.
What is Electronic Funds Transfer?
Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is an electronic transfer of funds through a national automated
clearinghouse directly into your bank account.
What are the Benefits of EFT?
Instead of receiving reimbursements from Ithaca College in check form, the reimbursement
amount is directly deposited into your checking or savings account. This form of reimbursement
eliminates mail time, misdirected and
misplaced checks.
How do I sign up?
The link to the right will take you to the printable EFT Authorization Form. You will
need to fill out the appropriate form, attach a copy of your voided check, and send the signed
completed form to the Ithaca College Accounts Payable Office located on the 14th Floor of the West
Tower.
How do I update or change my bank information if I am currently set up for EFT reimbursement
through Accounts Payable?
The link to the right will take you to the same printable EFT Authorization form used for your initial
sign up. You will again fill out the form, attach a copy of your voided check for the new account you
will be using, and send it to the Accounts Payable Office. However, you will check the “Change of
information on existing registration” line.
