Saving a Folder View in Parnassus

This instruction covers how to open and save a folder as a default view in Parnassus.

Activity Preface

These tasks are performed whenever it is necessary to use a custom view for entering or viewing data.

The job title Parnassus Applications User refers to the following:

Parnassus Applications User

1. Click on the Open Folder icon, or choose Folder > Open.

The Open Folder form appears.

2. Select the folder that you want to open.

The original form will reappear and the name of the folder you selected will be displayed next to the open folder icon.

3. Choose Folder >Save As.

The Save Folder form appears.

4. Check the Open as Default checkbox in order to have this folder open automatically when you open this form.

Do not change the state of the Autoquery option or the Public checkbox.
