Kati Lustyik is Associate Professor, Media Arts, Sciences and Studies and Faculty, Television-Radio at Ithaca College. Her research specialties include International Communication, Global Television Studies, Children and Media. Current research projects focus on Children's television channels around the world (from Disney, Nickelodeon to Minimax and Al Jazeera Children's Channel) and popular music targeting tweens. Her co-edited book, Popular Television in Eastern Europe During and Since Socialism was published by Routledge in 2012.
